Description: Top Canadian and international films are shown throughout this ten-day festival held each September or October. Over 300 films from more than 50 countries are shown at four local theaters and include dramatic features, documentaries, comedies and animated shorts, along with alternative theater and performance art. Due to Canadian law, you must be a member of the Film Festival Society and be 18 or older to see many of the films (they are unrated). Memberships are easily obtained at the door, or online.
