We stayed in one of the apartment suites as I was there for a long stay. I didn't get to see the hotel rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel for long stays. The room has a complete FULL kitchen and washer/dryer. We were treated so well by the hotel staff and were made to feel completely at home. Location is excellent! Within walking distance to many restaurants on Davey. Shopper's Drug Mart is 2 blocks away and a few grocery stores within 6 blocks. Granville Island is a 2 block walk to the ferry and then a 2 minute ferry ride. Again, the staff is so friendly and helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I was traveling on business, and find it difficult to sleep in hotels, not this one! Actually slept past 7 am for the first time in months. Rooms are clean and the beds are awesome!

Great location but a very average hotel. Second bedroom was very small causing injuries to legs due to not being able to avoid the edge of the bed. There was no way to control The temperature and it was very hot at times. The porter service was great with the porter very helpful and cheery. Otherwise service was slow with having to repeatly ask for what you needed
I would think twice before staying here again.

I am currently staying in your hotel and the room is fine. However your restaurant is horrible -- the food is terrible, the service is awful, and when I ask for fresh dessert, the waitress tells me the desserts are frozen, they are microwave -- are you serious -- I just had the Wild BC Salmon and that was disgusting -- sitting on only 2 tbsp of rice, fish smelled awful. I will never eat at your hotel restaurant again -- you need better food on your menu.

Staying for 2 night. Restaurant was pack of people with only 2 servers in n out. Server told me after, they have to wash dishes too. That's y server uniform was wet. Getting out from the evaluator, hallway was dirty with cobweb just like a motel in a scary movie. Try to go dinner in the restaurant, one server working as a bartender, hostess, serving, running room services. What the owner thinking!!! Try to phone the front desk for a towel, no one answer my call for over half an hour. End up have Went down to front desk myself, seems short of staff there as well. don't tell me this is 4 star hotel. I did work in a 4 star hotel before. This hotel Even worst than a motel by a countryside freeway. the only good things in this hotel is the staff is so friendly, like the poor asian server work at night been running like a dog but he still had a smiling, welcoming face. I knew he did try his best but the owner if this hotel been cheap to hiring staff to keep a service standard.
