I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, lovely and

courteous and great service all around.

I have traveled to Vancouver several times over recent years and have always
enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel's facilities and location are
excellent, and each of my several stays have been completely problem-free.
Off-season rates are also quite reasonable.

Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. Loved the room! Plent of
space, comfortable bed and chairs, good bathroom. I think what puts this hotel
over the top for me is the spa. Excellent fitness centre, pool and hot tub. The
change rooms are the most well appointed I've seen in a hotel for this price.
And having a light snack and beverages available was great i even liked the
smell and cushiness of the new carpeting in the hallways Being attached to the
mall is handy too. Can't wait to go back!

I was impressed by the quietness of the room, at the very heart of downtown
Vancouver. Within walking distance of the courthouse, attached to Pacific Centre
Mall, a few steps to the Metro...and a superior bed to sleep on with luxurious
pillows.

Excellent check in/ out. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent king

You have free access to internet / 3rd floor with your room key/two computers.
Thank you for given me a wonderful stay.

The location is central to everything you could need/want in Vancouver. The
check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable
with a cozy king sized bed. Wireless was $11/day. The YEW restaurant had a great
breakfast menu, be sure to try the chicken sausage - yum! Although the food was
a little pricey, it was very good and for a busy business day kept me going
until I returned to the hotel in the evening. Out of all the hotels I have
stayed at, this was #1 in my books.

The Four Seasons Hotel is the very essence of class, luxury and hospitality. I
stayed at two other hotels in Vancouver. The Fairmont - where they think
snobbery is a reflection of their status and give you second rate service if you
show up at the door with mud on your tires and the Westin.....well.....you have
to beg for service there.
Always stay at the Four Seasons....you wont be disappointed!

Four Seasons Vancouver was an excellent choice of Hotel due to it's being so
central to everything that is going on in the city.
My only disappointment was no coffee or tea making facility in the room. Being
on a vacation of a lifetime, travelling from East to West Canada this was the
only hotel that didn't provide this room facility, which was a shame as it is
exceptional in every other aspect. Complimentary tea and coffee was available in
reception but it would have been nice to be able to have had leisurely in the
comfort of your room.

The Four Seasons Vancouver is pretty much what you would expect from a Four
Seasons hotel. The staff was professional and courteous; and our room was clean
and comfortable. The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is right on
the top of a shopping mall, making it very convenient to get food and go
shopping. There are also numerous shops on the street level. To further enhance
the enjoyment of your stay at this hotel, ask for a room that has views of the
harbor and mountain.

We only stayed one night, but everything about the hotel and staff could not be
faulted. Our room was upgraded, it was extremely comfortable. The restaurant and
bar are amazing with good food, wines and cocktails and our waiter David was the
best

Let me first say that I would love to spend the entire month of August 2012
living in Vancouver in the Four Seasons. Love the location of this hotel whether
for business or pleasure. Stanley Park, Granville Island, fantastic restaurants,
Museum of Art, shopping and more shopping all there for your enjoyment. And,
only a two hour (absolutely breathtaking) drive on the Sea to Sky Highway to
Whistler. Incredible August weather, snow still on the mountains, less foot
traffic and hospitality at its best. Love the Urban feel and atmosphere at the
Yew Restaurant (in the Four Seasons). We were treated to an evening of tapas by
Yew's new chef and it was truly mouthwatering and entertaining. Don't miss
breakfast - order one of the gourmet omelets from the menu! As for room
accommodations - bedding, cleanliness, amenities, turn down service - all up to
the exceptional standards of the Four Season's. We stayed in both suite and
delux room accommodations as we spent time in Vancouver upon our arrival in BC
and upon our departure from BC. In an ideal world, the deluxe room (and
bathroom) could be a tad bit larger. Hard to find a solution to that dilemma
unless they start from scratch and level the hotel - which I'm sure is not an
option. What the room lacks in size is more than made up for in service and
amenities. Our suite accommodations were perfect. If you are looking for dinner
reservations outside the hotel - the concierge is VERY helpful. Be specific as
to what you are looking for (food type/quality, dress code, atmosphere, etc.)
and you will be directed to some fantastic finds. Our preference is always
exceptional food, more urban and a little less casual than 5 star. Honesty is
the best policy and they did not let us down on this front. Cudos to the
concierge.
As an FYI - our stay in BC was from Aug 17 - Aug 27. The day we departed from
the Four Seasons Vancouver - the Yew Restaurant was about to undergo a minor
facelift. I'm guessing that has been completed but you may want to check on that
if it will have an impact on your stay. Wish I were there to see it completed -
I'm sure it looks fantastic! |
