The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue when checking in with the discovery of a bed bug and were immediately moved to another room and they were on the problem. Carpets and furniture were not clean and the bedding and towels, although clean were tired. The place could use a "do over."

This is a very average budget hotel. The beds are the softest and lumpiest I've ever slept in; though I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. The windows let in so much noise it sounded as if they were open. Otherwise the place is ok and pretty clean; could do with a paint job though. Staff is helpful; I was even able to check in early. Free wifi; but very slow. Great location.

First of all, I can't stress enough that the desk staff was amazing. I was in Vancouver for a conference and there were so issues with payment from my home institution. The desk staff (LeAnn?) was incredibly nice and patient. The rooms were very nice, quiet, and clean. The location isn't terrific but only because it's a bit far to many Vancouver attractions. Overall, a quality hotel for a good price, particularly in Vancouver. Would have given 5 stars but gave 4 because of location.

My husband and myself had one night away from the kids, so we picked this hotel due to its location, and how close it was to the restaurants and shops in Vancouver. The front desk staff were VERY friendly and helpful in helping us pick a restaurant for dinner, which was about a 10 minute walk. very convenient!!. Our room was nice and clean had a warm cozy feel to it. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will return whenever we get a night away from the kids again!!!

so close to everything, clean, safe, nice views. walk to the ferry to Granville island, go to a Shakespeare play on the beach.

We booked into this hotel because my wife had to have eye surgery so the reasons for picking this hotel was for the location it was close to the hospital, it was a good name and because of the surgery and not able to get around for a day and a half the restaurant. It is advertised on the web it has menu's in the rooms the front desk upon check in gave us no indication that there was no food service THE RESTAURANT IS ONLY OPEN ON FRIDAY & SAT. so if they won't tell this will. There response to this is to hand you a hand full of take out menu's mostly asian food which I like but what are we to do for Breakfast and lunch with a wife who is bedridden. Thanks Quality Inn at False Creek
