This was our first time booking a hotel room that allowed us to bring our dog. I
was totally expecting it to be a little rough around the edges. Well, that just
wasn't the case. Our room was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We travel a ton for sporting activities with our kids and I always try and look
for the continental breakfast -- Again, very pleased as their breakfast fed our
troop quite nicely. Can't go wrong with this choice. We'll be back for sure.

We recently stayed at the Ramada in Langley/Surrey. We had booked at another
hotel and when we checked in there, found our room and floor was smelly with
cigarette smoke, though the hotel claimed it was smoke free. We phoned the
Ramada at the last minute and they had a room for us for our stay, on the ground
floor as we wanted, so we drove over and from check-in on, we had a wonderful
stay. The manager was most kind, giving us treats for our golden retrievers, and
they were so kind! And the room was perfect and clean and fresh.
The staff were really kind and helped us find our way around.
The weekend couldn't have been better, thanks to the Ramada.

The front desk staff, particularly Grace, really make this hotel shine. Very
comfortable beds and pillows, great wifi connection, very clean. We were
travelling with our 2 small schnauzers and having been exposed to some very
scuzzy rooms with other chains because of the dogs, we were very pleased with
the quality of the room. Well done Ramada!!

The Hotel was located mid way between Abbotsford and Vancouver - a great
compromise between the two places we intended to spend time at.
The room was clean and the microwave and mini-fridge came in very handy.
I am grateful for Housekeeping that were able to make order in our room after
two teenage girls left it every morning (I am not picking up - I am on
vacation...).
The pool was good and the hot tub was a lifesaver after a day skiing.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable - we all got up with backaches - but nothing
that a brisk walk cannot fix.
Front desk service was good - kind and friendly.
The breakfast menu is limited but one can supplement with things bought at the
local supermarket (fruit, vegetables, etc.).
Wireless internet was not stable and disconnected often, but at least it was
there.
The hotel is located near shopping centers, cinemas and restaurants so you can
find what to do.
Would recommend this location to my friends and will definitely consider coming
back next time!

Travelled with Sister and wheelchair bound Mother, for a family reunion. Stayed
in the Special Needs room for nine days. The room was spacious, clean and very
comfortable. The staff of the hotel were very polite, kind and extremely
helpful. They were all able to answer any questions or take care of any requests
that we had. They were able to accommodate other family members that stayed as
well. Everyone was impressed with the service. This was the best hotel service
my family and I have ever had. We were treated with red carpet service. I will
stay there again and recommend this hotel to everyone. On a side note: The ABC
restaurant beside hotel gives the same service.

we have stayed at this location many times always friendly staff and good value
for the money/close to the Williowbrook mall olive garden and more have always
enjoyed our stays here.
breakfast is good sometimes the tables need to be wiped down sticky from syrup
and stuff overall clean pool and rooms will stay there hopefully many more times

LOVED this hotel! It was incredibly clean, quiet and had great staff working
there. Attached ABC restaurant was incredible! We ate there every night. I am
for sure staying at this hotel again, next time I'm in Surrey!

We were in Langley for a wedding and this was the hotel the bride and groom
reserved for guests. We had a great stay, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was
good, and the staff was great. We were there for a week so we got to know our
housekeeper a bit, she was very friendly and if we were in our room she always
asked us for a better time to come back, and she followed through and our room
was cleaned later. The front desk staff was great as well they met any needs we
had. They were also able to answer our questions regarding the Vancouver metro
transit system and recommend great local places to eat

Clean, good bedding, decent beds, very good continental breakfast. Traveling
with two dogs and was charged $15 per dog per night. We stayed two nights and
there is no way there was $60 worth of extra cleaning needed. A one time fee
would have been sufficient rather than paying a 15% premium on the room. I would
recommend the hotel but you'll get gouged if you're traveling with a dog
