While this hotel has lovely amenities, great room setup, quality finishing's,
good location as a business traveler I left feeling frustrated. The on-site
restaurant was over priced ($25-$30 per person on avg) and extremely slow (1.5
hrs for a group of 6 at 7 a.m.) The wireless Internet is not at all useful, it
was painfully slow and the kiosk type computers in the lobby were equally
inadequate. I liked the hotel overall and if business productivity wasn't a
priority these deficiencies wouldn't have bothered me.

My wife and I have been staying at Sheraton Guildford for several years now and
I would like to take the time to comment on this excellent establishment.
Without fail we have always received friendly, competent and courteous service
at this hotel. The rooms are large, classy, comfortable and impeccably clean.
The Fresh Restaurant serves quality food, which is a bit on the pricey side but
worth it in my opinion. I noticed on our last visit that the elevators had been
upgraded and increased security (you must swipe your room key to activate) has
been implemented, something we both appreciate. For us a satisfying hotel stay
means comfort, cleanliness and above all good service. The Sheraton Guildford
has never disappointed us. A great place to stay!Hotel Review of the Sheraton Guildford Hotel Surrey

They would not move us to upper floors.
Clean hotel but since it was booked on priceline the staff said we cant
accommodate to upper level with better views since they cant change the rates
and or hotels set limits!

The stuff are very helpfully and friendly. The room is very spacious and clean.
They forgot to leave the soap couple times. Doug from Auburn, WA

We have a Starwood Partnership membership. This was stay number eight at this
hotel. It was our only disappointment. At check-in the hotel staff was not to
their usual standards. The bed was too soft and there was a ridge down the
middle of the mattress. My wife slept on the couch and I slept on the floor.
More comfort that way.

I have to pay for parking which I thought was free.
Hotel was good. Parking was supposed to be free, but some how they said it is
not.

Nice place with nice rooms.
Location is not the greatest and parking is horrible
Liked the room, but if you have a larger vehicle (like a truck) be prepared to
park on the street, I was upset that I spent 9$ a day to park on the street.

It was very clean, staff was nice. Only thing I don't like is being charged to
park overnight. Paying guests should not have to pay to park where they are
sleeping.

Everything was as expected. Good price, clean, big room and bathroom. It is a
comfortable, quiet hotel with an extremely friendly staff. Good food and fast
room service. I appreciated the free wireless access in the lobby - or you can
use their desktops for free. Wireless in your room is not expensive and is easy
to purchase.

Comfortable stay
Hotel service was acceptable, rooms clean. I was expecting a few more "nice-ities".
I used the workout room, which had a few nice cardio machines (Life Fitness),
and some multifunction weight machines, one of which was broken. The elevators
were very slow moving. Room service was very good (prompt and courteous), and
the food prepared also very good. The area around the hotel didn't seem to have
much available to do, and the hotel is a good 30 min from downtown Vancouver.

Great Place for the Price, Great service, good food and great location. Nice
people!
A bit further from the Skytrain and downtown Vancouver than expected, but a nice
quiet place to stay.
Vancouver's Finest is in Surrey The Sheraton Vancouver Guilford was one of the
best hotels I have stayed in, and the people were by far the best and most
courteous. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee available, other
than in the room, before 6:00 AM. Great stay!!
