We chose to stay in a Queen loft room. The rooms have nice décor however I think way too much furniture for the space. Thankfully there were only two of us but anymore, you wouldn’t have been able to move. The balcony was nice with a good view. The stairs to the loft were very creaky which disturbed the other person during the night. The Queen bed was a little smaller than a regular Queen, the mattress soft and we kept rolling in to each other. Internet and parking were an additional cost. We paid for one internet and were able to piggyback our second laptop off the first connection so we got two for the price of one.

We arrived the last day of the Whistler ski season and the place was packed. 2 hours later it was deserted. Blackcomb Mountain was still open for another month and for sightseers they offered $20 ticket which got us up the Gondola and Chairlift for a lovely view of the mountain. Outstanding!

Good location but the bed was a Murphy bed and was NOT comfortable at all. After a hard days skiing you want a real bed not a 4 inch box spring set up.
Also - I left an expensive curling iron hanging in the closet to cool off the morning we left. When I called later that day they claimed not to have it. I know exactly where I left it and found it pretty appalling that an expensive hotel like this has a theft issue.
We would not stay here again or advise anyone else to.

Fully equipped room, with hot-tub downstairs. (was in Powder lodge, there is also a keg lodge across the driveway, but same hotel) .
You can walk to the lifts to either Whistler or Backcomb, in ski boots!
Quiet corner, no through traffic, and out of earshot of the Olympics razzmatazz.
Casual, comfortable facilities, for self catering.

This Hotel was a decent value, close to the lifts, in the heart of the village-an all around great location.
We only had one night there but would stay there again if we get that way again
For the money we spent, it is a great hotel

Stayed here two nights in Jan 2010 with buddies. It was about $220 a night with the supplemental charge for our third person -- I think this is about the best value you'll find right in the village.

The location is excellent -- just 2-3 minute's walk to the gondola and right in the middle of the action. The outdoor jacuzzi and small pool were fine -- a nice rest after skiing and we didn't mind walking 20 feet in the cold to relax. We booked a small room with three single beds, but it was too small upon sight, and so upgraded to a loft. These are excellent rooms -- especially for families in which the parents can sleep up in the nice loft area, but still be in the same room as the kids on the Murphy bed or pull-out couch below.

The small kitchen was perfect. The parking is right on site, but an additional cost.

We had only two issues:

1. when we upgraded it was in part because our booked room had only two beds and we needed three; because of this, we were promised a discount on the upgrade. however, at check-out the discount was not reflected. fortunately, though a young guy gave the discount, a fairly senior person checked us out and was able to correct the error. we were very satisfied with her resolution
2. part of the package included a two-day lift ticket that came with 1 bonus ticket. there was poor communication around this as we received one physical ticket at check in. the holder of the ticket did not know it was valid for two-days' skiing; he also did not receive the bonus ticket from the hotel, but rather from "guest services" elsewhere in the village. so, on Day 2, he obtained his bonus ticket and lined up for the gondola. However, when we tried to board we were told that he held only a ticket-shaped coupon for a ticket. so, he had to redeem this again for a proper ticket (he was brought to the front of that line), delaying our day. In the process, he learned that he had thrown out his half-used, 2-day pass. All was made well by the village staff, who were great! however, it was frustrating to be promised three tickets and then received a mish-mash of redeemable options, etc.

I would not pay $220 a night for this hotel outside of Whistler Village and, say, Manhatten. However, when your alternatives are $400+, this is excellent value, especially given that we saved more than $100 a night by cooking dinner.

Delta suites were an absolute joy to be in. We had a great discount due to the package we bought so it was a fantastic deal.
The rooms are immaculate, small apartment-styled with new furnishings, luxurious bedding, new bathrooms and the room we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen. The maids are super nice and all greet you with a smile as you walk down the hallways. Sheets are changed everyday, they always ask if you need towels. The swimming pool/spa and gym are fantastic.
It felt like being right at home but right in the midst of Whistler, only a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts.
Unfortunately you do have to pay for wifi, and the restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey.
Absolutely recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for affordable luxury in Whistler.
